Our Turn
Taking Back the Workplace for Respect and Justice
Janitors, restaurant workers, hotel workers, farmworkers and many others are determined to put an end to sexual harassment and violence in their workplaces. Our Turn, convened by the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (COSH), supports low-wage and vulnerable workers who are uniting to win dignity and respect on the job. We are bringing those at risk together with community, labor and academic allies to STOP abuse in the workplace.
News Update: Our Turn Joins with Seek a Better World
National COSH offers resources and support to workers and worker organizations - and partners with other allies to strengthen worker power, including:
- A worker-centered curriculum: Taking action to stop sexual harassment
- Training programs including COSHCON, a national conference held in December.
- A listserv of workers and advocates to share resources, campaigns and information.
- Participation in the Stop Harassment State Network, uniting for sexual harassment protective policies.
Here is our new Our Turn: Sexual Harrasment Curriculum!
