Got an idea, project or success story you” d like to present at The National Conference on Worker Safety and Health, coming up this December 6th-8th? Check out our quick and easy online form for presentation proposals, which are due at the end of next week- Friday, June 24th.

#COSHCON2016 will bring together activists from unions, worker centers, and advocacy organizations to share strategies and best practices.

The success of this gathering depends on the brilliant and hardworking advocates who make up our movement. That means you!

Do you have a proposal for a workshop, a panel, or a roundtable discussion for #COSHCON2016? Let us know- our online form is just six questions and will take less than five minutes to complete. Your stories, experience, and expertise will make this gathering our best conference yet.

Please take a moment to fill out the 2016 Conference Proposal Form by Friday, June 24th with your pitches. Workshops in Spanish and/or English are welcome!

    To get you thinking, here are a few examples of great workshops from last year’s conference:
  • Reaching High Hazard Worker Populations
  • Criminal Liability for Health and Safety Violators
  • Protecting Workers from Infectious Disease
  • Transforming Blame the Worker Programs, Including Behavior-Based Safety
  • Your Legal Rights to Health and Safety- Basic and Advanced

We typically receive a high volume of requests, but we’ll work to include as many people as possible in the program. We look forward to hearing from you.

Also, it’s not too soon to sign-up for the conference, December 6th thru 8th at the Maritime Center. Early-bird registration is now open. If you” re planning to come to #COSHCON2016- and why would you miss it?- you” ll save $50 if you sign up now.
