Registration Info

The National Conference on Worker Safety and Health (#COSHCON17) will take place December 5-7, 2017 at the Maritime Conference Center (MCC), located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. The MCC is just outside Baltimore and minutes from the BWI airport.

#COSHCON17 will be an exciting gathering of grassroots health and safety activists, at a critical time for our movement. We hope you can join us!

Registration rates:

  • Full Conference Registration: $400  
  • Student/Worker Center Registration: $325
  • One Day Registration: $250  

(Note: Conference registration includes program, materials and lunch on each day of the conference. It does not include hotel accommodations or breakfast and dinner. These are available separately from the Maritime Conference Center.)


Attendees must register for their hotel room SEPARATELY from their conference registration. Hotel registration is here.

NOTE: The rooms at the Maritime Conference Center Baltimore Area Hotel are  NOW COMPLETELY BOOKED. However, until  NOVEMBER  27  (or as space allows), MCC is still able to offer  an inclusive package which includes breakfast and dinner at the conference center, transportation to and from the airport/train station, as well as between the conference center and an off-site hotel room. Off-site hotel room packages are $180/night for a single or $225 for a double. Please call  (866)-900-3517  to book your off-site conference package.

For those who do not want the package, there are several affordable hotel options located near the center, more information about nearby hotels are available  here.    

Rates include breakfast and dinner for each night of lodging plus all applicable taxes.

  • Single Occupancy: $163.85 per night
  • Double Occupancy: $107.35 per person, per night

Awards Banquet:  

If you are staying on site at MCC, the Health and Safety Awards banquet is included in your registration fee. If not, the banquet fee is $30.  Please include this in your online or pay-by-check registration if you are not staying at MCC.
